Mondesa Youth Opportunities: Changing our Community, One Child at the Time


Bio
Rob was a business executive in the software industry for many years, most recently based in Sydney serving as Director of Training and Education for PeopleSoft and Oracle in Asia-Pacific theatre. He also worked for Siebel Systems, managing education business units in London, San Francisco and Cincinnati.
 
Rob formed Mondesa Youth Opportunities (MYO) in December of 2003 in response to an obvious need to provide alternative education and life development opportunities to the youth of Namibia. Rob now spends the majority of his time researching and writing on the topic of youth development and fundraising for MYO. He is currently working on two non-fiction books based on his experiences in Namibia and his involvement with starting and managing Mondesa Youth Opportunities. 
 
Rob divides his time between Idaho and Namibia.
